These dragons are elusive and unique because they can summon lightning from the clouds and use it as any other dragon would use fire. They are just about as fast and agile as a night fury, and also like a night fury, they blend in to dark skies, namely the dark clouds they summon lightning from. They can also use the lightning to speed up, "riding" it, so to speak. Their only inherent weakness is water. If they get wet, they can't summon lightning.
