Things went sour. With this crowd, it always did. But, like his dragon, Hiccup didn't back down. Toothless growled beside him, the noise beginning to get to him. But Hiccup was near and he knew they would protect each other. When Sokki placed his hand on Hiccup's shoulder, Hiccup nodded at the show of solidarity. When the older man tossed his helmet away, Hiccup felt almost certain that he recognized him, from some far-off day. Long before the dragons, before his father's passing. Toothless protectively wrapped his tail around Hiccup - and Sokki. He wished he could ask them to leave. This battle wasn't one he was interested in anymore. It didn't seem like they would win against all these men making noise that distracted him. He hadn't stopped growling and glaring at them since the moment he hit the deck. Even if he blasted them again, there were too many and another attack would just provoke them. It would be too hard to protect all the humans, especially the girl on his back, even with the other two dragons. With that thought, he nudged Hiccup. Let's go! he thought impatiently. "Let's go home Hiccup, We have nothing more to gai-" Sokki stated only to be interrupted by a not so favorable voice as a monstrous nightmare landed just behind the crew and none other then the snake in the grass Demati slipped from its saddle."Running away before things get interesting Sokki?, Like perhaps how we knew when and where you'd be that night. Or perhaps Hiccup would be pleased to know how we knew of the inner workings of his tribe?" With a simple wave of his hand Sokki's whole world crumbled as a woman slid from the staddle, Not just any woman It was his wife. the sight of which brought the seven foot veteran viking to his knees. "Whats the matter? Oh i forgot you actually believed she died that night." Demati stated once more wrapping his arm around the woman's waist.
"Anya why...Why would you betray Stoick...The tribe, Why would you betray your own family!" Sokki shouted forcing the nightfury's tail away making his way toward the two question only to be blocked by a row of the crew. The outburst was followed only by silence as Ayna stared down at the man she once loved."I betrayed no one, You all were the ones who refused to see reason, Drago was and still is trying to save everyone" She finally spoke.
